Home Workouts with Hilliard Studio Method (+ Discount Code)

Okay, let's get real for a second y'all. Finding time to workout is HARD. After work, taking care of your family, keeping up the house, side hustles, laughter with friends and carving out "me" time, adding a workout to the list just isn't that fun. At least for me it's not, anyone else out there feel me?!
Working out at home is really the best option I've found. Especially considering I work from home and sometimes the only time in the day is that hour before everyone wakes up in the morning.

I'm always looking for new ways to spice up my at-home workout and was so energized when I met Liz and Clary Hilliard recently in Charleston. They own Hilliard Studio Method in Charlotte, NC and now are so excited to be offering an online video at-home workout option via their new website. The best news? They even offered me and 100 of my readers a discount code to try it out!

OR USE CODE HSMA2D AT CHECKOUT (good until 3/31/17)

After reading reviews on their classes and after diving in to Liz's book, Be Powerful, I'm really excited to take this challenge head on. I mean look at the mother/daughter duo and the Hilliard team as a whole... don't they look amazing?! The proof is in the pudding y'all.
Now here's my question for you. It's still a struggle y'all. What are your motivators and your tricks to ensure you get that at-home workout in and don't just hit snooze?!

Welcome Home Wednesday: Spring Refreshers!

Happy Wednesday friends! I hope everyone had a lovely Valentine's Day yesterday.

After a weekend away in Richmond and then turning around and spending three days at the Southern C Summit (more info coming soon), slowing down and celebrating Valentine's Day with my little family was so nice. We had a yummy meal, a perfectly sweet dessert and gave Sully some simple surcies (mostly all from the dollar section at Target, ha).

As you know from my first post this year, I'm having grace with my blogging and things have been slower around here as I focus on my goals and strive towards my word for 2017.

I find myself missing Welcome Home Wednesday though! It was a weekly reset for me on our list of house projects and what I've been loving in the world of Interiors. So without further ado, let's jump into this week's Welcome Home Wednesday - Spring Refreshers!
1.  Bicycle Towels // 2. Banana Leaf Pillow // 3. Matches // 4. Spring Candle // 5. You Look Good Rug // 6. Tulip Wreath // 7. Bouquet Art // 8. Striped Candles // 9. Tassel Pillow // 10. Pink Ribbon Lampshade // 11. Teacup // 12. Woven Basket // 13. Fruit Pops Mold // 14. Yellow Pitcher

Aren't these finds all so refreshing?! I can't wait to insert some brightness and floral/fruity scents into our home as the weather down here in Charleston warms up (we're already seeing days in the mid-70s!). As you can tell, there's everything from a new front door wreath to simple updates like a candle and matches to make your home fell like it got a bright update.

Enjoy! And let me know, what are your favorite spring refreshers?

The Perfect Gift for your Man (+Giveaway!)

I'm Valentine's Day is right around the corner and if you're like me and also have a man with a spring birthday, an anniversary and Father's Day to celebrate (phew!), you're always wracking your brain for great gifts. Enter Wood Watches by JORD
These men's watches are so incredibly cool y'all! I was so excited when JORD reached out to partner with me on gifting this watch to Ryan as an early Valentine's Day gift. And I have to say, these opinions are 100% my own, we were blown away from the minute the watch arrived. Everything from the packaging to the gorgeous wood box, to the accessories and of course the watch itself was just great. Bonus, you can even get the watch or the wood box engraved. You can even enter to win one here!
There are so many great styles to choose from and Ryan specifically chose the Dover style in Zebrawood and Dark Sandalwood. He used their fit guide when ordering and felt that it came in a tad big (and it includes a spare link in the box), so keep that in mind when ordering.
He's worn it so much in just this short time, from work to playing with Sully to date night.
I mean you guys, this watch is no joke. The quality is so awesome (especially considering the price) and there's not even a battery, it's self-winding!
Because we were so impressed by Ryan's watch, I couldn't help but go check out the women's watch shop as well. Of course I'm loving the ones with rose gold faces, but the all black "Ebony" ones are really calling my name right now.  Which one is your favorite? Are you digging the wood watches?
Now for the fun part, JORD is doing a giveaway specifically for Attention to Darling readers!
